Shane Lynch has signed to Ladbrokes Poker

Former Boyzone singer, Shane Lynch has signed to Ladbrokes Poker as part of a year-long sponsorship deal which will see the pop heart throb assisting one of the UK’s leading poker sites in their mission to bring poker to the people, making poker more accessible to people from all walks of life.  Shane will also be representing Ladbroke Poker at high profile live poker events such as the WSOP.

Shane got his first real experience of online poker tournaments in January and over the weekend he took his seat at the Manchester 235 Casino where he played against 50+ online poker qualifiers in this VIP event.  The Boyzone star will also be playing in the Killarney Poker Festival and if he finishes in the top 100 Ladbrokes Poker has agreed to give £1,000 to a charity of Shane’s choice.

Shane first teamed up with Ladbrokes Poker in 2008 when he and fellow Boyzone member Ronan Keating played as celebrity guests at Ladbrokespoker.com’s Killarney Festival where his appearance fee went to Ronan’s charity raising money for Cancer Research.
