PokerStars Caribbean Adventure
The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (commonly abbreviated as PCA) is a ten day poker festival which is scheduled to start on Friday 7 January, 2011. The PCA will feature over 45 different events, so there will be plenty of action to enjoy as a spectator as well as player and a PCA Fantasy event currently running at the PokerStars online poker site gives players the chance to participate in the €10,300 Main Event without spending a penny of their own cash.
The PCA prize packages that can be won via weekly PCA Fantasy Finals are each worth over €15,000 and include flights to The Bahamas, luxury accommodation and entry into the Main Event, where you will have the chance of winning enough cash to turn your poker hobby into something much more serious.
Those of you who haven’t played at PokerStars before can sign up now, make a deposit and receive a ticket to a PCA Fantasy Final automtically. Existing players at PokerStars can win themselves a seat in a PCA Fantasy Final by participating in Sit and Go qualifiers. There are three types of these available, as follows:
545 Player Sit and Go tournaments are free to enter and award one seat to each of the players finishing in 1st and 2nd place.
90 Player Sit and Go tournaments cost $0.50 to enter and award one seat to each of the players finishing in 1st to 9th place.
45 Player Sit and Go tournaments cost $5.50 to enter and award one seat to each of the players finishing in 1st to 9th place.
