There will be six Multi-Table Tournament Masters leaderboards at InterPoker, one for each month between now and the end of June.  Each monthly leaderboard will have a €20,000 prize pool to play for and you climb the leaderboard by cashing in multi-table tournaments.  All multi-table tournaments at InterPoker count towards the Masters leaderboards with the exception of the following: Satellites, Freerolls, Private tournaments, Heads up tournaments and FPP tournaments.

Unlike sit ‘n go’s and cash tables, multi-table tournaments require a different style of play.  A nine player sit ‘n go requires you to finish in the top 33% to cash and you can sit tight and wait for the perfect moment to play at a cash table but most multi-table online poker tournaments require you to finish in the top 10% or so to make a profit.  This means that both your pre and post-flop strategy need to be different to that of a sit ‘n go or cash table player.
